Charged only after successful delivery
Your card is authorized before sending. The payment is captured only when the fax is confirmed delivered. The quoted total includes the delivery report.
A failed attempt costs $0, even if some pages were transmitted. Most retryable failures allow up to three total attempts within two hours of the first retryable failure, using the same authorization and document. You can retry the same number or correct it.
Your bank may display the authorization as a pending hold. Unused authorizations are released when the retry window ends, attempts are exhausted, you choose release, or the failure cannot be retried. Read the payment FAQ.
